Our client is a premium service company in Luxembourg working with high-net-worth clients. The company is in continuous growth and therefore looking for an Office Manager, either full-time or part-time (80%) to manage their office in Luxembourg.

In this challenging role, you will have the following responsibilities:

- You will be welcoming visitors and setting up meeting rooms
- You will manage incoming phone calls, respond to emails in a timely manner and provide general administrative support (daily correspondence, filing, etc.)
- You will be in charge of all the office supplies (manage the stock and monthly inventory)
- You will assure the coordination with the suppliers (contracts, follow-up)
- You be the main contact person for facility management, assuring support when moving offices (liaising with moving companies, managing priorities and working with all the departments)
- You will be involved in various ad-hoc projects
- You will coordinate various administrative processes creating a smooth and efficient service
- You will assure the day-to-day logistics of the office

Profil recherché

- You have a solid work experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar in a dynamic work environment
- You are a proficient user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
- You know how to manage your workload and prioritize your tasks
- You work autonomously
- You are very organized and discreet
- You are fluent in French and English. An advanced level in German will be considered as a plus.
