For one of our client, a well-established European investment management company specialized in Real Estate and Private Equity, we are currently looking for a PA (m/f)
The Personal assistant will assist five executive Managers with secretarial and administrative tasks. He/she will be expected to demonstrate a high sense of organization, proactivity and efficiency. The Personal assistant will be considered as a first point of contact able to provide strong support to the executive Managers.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong personality and communication skills, an enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work.
Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties - Organizing and maintaining diaries for five executive Managers - Plan and organize meetings - Organize travel arrangements, plan itineraries - Prepare documentations for meetings and trainings - Liaise with other departments in order to facilitate ongoing projects
- Minimum BAC +2 years university or equivalent experience - 3 or 5 years' experience in a similar position in a corporate environment is essential - Excellent knowledge of MS Office standard applications - knowledge of excel would be a definite advantage - Discretion and confidentiality - Tact and communication - Perfectly fluent in English, any other language would be an advantage - Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities - Ability to work under pressure, being flexible - Attention to details and ability to multi task are essential - Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative - High level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment - Good knowledge of PowerPoint would be welcomed
