For one of our client, a well-established European investment management company specialized in Real Estate and Private Equity; we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Treasury Sector to provide administrative support to the treasury team.

In this position yours tasks will be to:

- Assist Treasury team with all functions of daily operations including screening calls, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, maintain calendars and manage the scheduling of meetings
- Process bank documents including treating the documents, obtaining signature and scanning them to the right department
- Maintain and assist the update of internal database with new/closed bank accounts files
- Redact contract and prepare bank account documents

Profil recherché

- Bachelor's degree preferable
- Similar administrative experience preferably in a corporate environment such as Bank, Investment fund or Real Estate
- Quick learner with great communication skills
- Great attention to details and Organizational skills are essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Fluent English, any other language as an asset
