We are currently recruiting a passionate Marketing and Communication Assistant (M/W) to support the Global MarCom Manager in the management and development strategy of the company identity.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Create and update marketing content ATL, TTL and BTL by bringing creative ideas - Assist with the delivery of events and industry conferences/tradeshows from pre-show communications, to on-the-day logistics and events follow-up, in line with the agreed event calendar - Manage and optimize the website, social media presence, creation of e-campaign - Contribute to develop internal communication by updating and improving intranet tool, organize staff events - Liaise with other department such as Product, Business Development, and Sales to help execute Marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders - Produce, order and monitor the stock of promotional items - Monitor the Marketing department invoices
- Marketing/Communication or Business Administration degree - 1 to 3 years’ experience in a B2B environment - Experience in payment industry will be an asset - Strong verbal and written communication - Organization and presentation skills - Ability to handle many assignments simultaneously and prioritize - Creativity and attention to detail - Fluent in English, French is an advantage - Knowledge and ability to use IT systems including MS office, CMS, email creation platform - Willing to travel
